1. Who we are
Layup League (“we”, “us”) operates layupleague.com, a free-to-play social casino website. You can contact us about privacy at hello@layupleague.com.
2. Information we do not collect
The site has no accounts, no sign-up and no payments. We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth, payment details or any government identifier. Your coin balance is held in your browser’s memory for the open tab only and is never sent to us.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are kept for a limited period before deletion.
4. Fonts
Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.
5. Cookies
Layup League does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The game does not use cookies or local storage to track you.
6. Email
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to improve the site, and we do not share it for marketing.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. Write to us and we will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you.
8. Children
The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
